Hi again - just bumping this to see if anyone has attended this in the past?

I was hoping to get some opinions before booking it. Its held in the same pavilion as Mickey's backyard barbq.

It's a traditional Thanksgiving feast -
Vegetable Soup, Garden Salad, Turkey Breast, Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Yams, Green Bean Casserole, Squash, Stuffing, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Pumpkin Pie, Ice Cream

There are characters but they dance and stuff with you. They don't visit the tables. There's also live entertainment.

Are you talking about the BBQ or do they have characters at Trails End on Thanksgiving?

This is a seperate event that is just held on Thanksgiving Day at FW in the pavilion. I did finally get more info. from a cast member who confirmed that there will be characters and that the event is similar to the other dinner shows. It is 2 TS credits or about $50 OOP for adults.

Anyone know if they do anything special at HDDR for Thanksgiving? I was thinking that "Thanksgiving at the Fort" was HDDR for some reason. I have friends that go every Thanksgiving, and they want to give HDDR a try for their Thanksgiving meal, but only if there is a traditional dinner served.

We did "Christmas at the Fort" in 2005 and it was fun. It was also the traditional turkey dinner with all the fixins and it was held in the Pavilion where they hold "Mickey's Backyard BBQ. It was held on Christmas day...
