Thanksgiving at Disney?

We go about every year During Thanksgiving week (most times with free dining). We love this time of year also. Most times great weather, late park hours, and Christmas decorations.

We realize it's busier but we know that going in and crowds rarely spoil it for us.

Love this thread! We are going to do a split trip with US next Thanksgiving, but plan to spend Turkey Day in Epcot. I keep hearing good things!

totally dont mean to thread jack but I am in a similiar situation - DW and I are going down for the week of thanksgiving - very short trip. We are going from Tuesday AM landing at around 830/9 AM and then leaving Friday evening. We have never been in the Summer so I cannot compare the summer crowds that most speak about. We usually go the week or two before Thanksgiving.

Anyways, my plan so far is

• Tuesday Fly in AM and go to Epcot all day
• Wednesday AK in AM for a couple hours and then finish with DHS in evening to see the lights
• Thanksgiving day MK all Day
• Friday MK for our early entry Breakfast, maybe park hop, Disney Springs before leaving..

All my ADR/FastPass are booked so I think I am going to stick with this plan regardless... but what am I looking at as far as standard summer crowds/wait times?

Depending on what time you leave I would recommend trying to see the storytellers at EP late morning into the afternoon.
