We are booked at Portifino Bay Thanksgiving Day, for one night only. We will be flying in that morning and probably make it to MCO around 9:30am.
The trip includes my older, but active parents, my older brother, my husband and our two children, ages 11 and 3.
We are trying to decide how many ticket days to get for my mom, dad and the 3 year old. The rest of us will have 2 day hopper tickets. My dad will want to do all of the Harry Potter rides and attractions, but probably not any of the major roller coasters.
I hope to be in the parks by noon on Thanksgiving day. Will crowds be crazy? Trying to decide the most efficient way for my dad to enjoy HP, since we won't be able to use our express pass. Should we get him a ticket for both days or just 1? If just 1 day, looking for recommendations on which day would be best? We have 8 days in Disney following this trip, so we will leave the universal parks on Friday and head straight to CR... don't have a park planned at Disney this night.
