I haven't seen a Thanksgiving 2014 thread yet, and we will be going for the first time. Looking for any info I can get on Crowds, Weather, Dining Plans!

We did a family trip last Thanksgiving for the first time. We went from the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to the Tuesday after. Crowds were definitely higher than we are used to, being Spring/Fall trip people. They weren't over the top for us, maybe except MK a bit a few days after the holiday. I don't foresee us doing another holiday trip any time in the future, but mainly because DH and I plan to be empty nesters in a couple years. Weather was great; dry, no rain, nice temps for swimming but not 90s.
