Thanksgiving 2012 Planning Adice

I am planning our first off-site trip to Florida from 11/17/12 - 12/1/12. (2 adults, one 8 yr old daughter and one 6 year old daughter)

We will also be visiting Seaworld, Universal, Islands of Adventure and possibly Discover Cove for the first time. I am excited and nervous at the same time. Having always stayed at Pop Century and taken part in the Disney Dining plan, I am open to any and all suggestions for our next trip....

Discovery Cove - worth the $$?

Best place to eat Thanksgiving dinner at WDW??

How many days should we allow for Seaworld? Universal? Islands?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

we have done multiple trips to WDW annually and not once have we ventured to other orlando theme parks (even when we've stayed off-site prior to our DVC membership).
