Distributing for free is actually prohibited by copyright law. However, worst case, you'll be ordered not to do it again. How many times do you plan to get married? :\

DFTW has always stood by the "if you are not paying for someone to create it or selling it (and yes on Ebay is selling it) then it's not going to be something they are going to go after.
I would caution that anyone buying invites with copywrited items on them check to see if the vendor has a license from Disney, if not and Disney hears of them it's only a matter of time.
All of us paid for Disney Print Creations and the program is designed to make invites etc so that says to me that it's ok to do. Use your best judgement - the DFTW staff see tons of created items a year and I haven't heard of someone getting in trouble during their wedding.
My advice? Talk to DFTW and tell them your concerns. My guess is, no one is going to say anything (or "come after you") for this "infraction"...especially if you are not making money off of it. And especially if you are a Disney bride.
Technically, it probably IS a copyright violation. Is it worth it to Disney to do anything about it? Most likely not.
I actually think you get in more "trouble" posting about it here than just doing it and not telling anyone.
