I'm SOOO jealous of you guys... everyday I check and our rates are just stuck right at $59 each way...I know I shouldn't complain but I'm hopping for a quick trip to Jacksonville and would love a little credit, even if it's only $20.
SW deemed our travel period a black out time, so we're facing nearly $300 per ticket. Now that's ridiculous!!!!!!! I'm hoping they have a fare sale soon for our area!
note that ticketless travel funds (credit) EXPIRE ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE YOU ORGINALLY BOUGHT THE TICKET. you must COMPLETE your travel before that date or lose the funds. you can look up your funds on line at southwest.com using your reservation number.
i have $120 in credit that expire on sept 23rd '05 and our next trip starts sept. 24th! so i won't be able to use those credits for tickets for that trip! i'm going to call to see if i can get my credit card credited.
well i just called and they wouldn't do it! offered me a voucher...which cannot be used online and involved going to the airport blah blah blah.
the other option she gave me had to do with after i fly ANOTHER trip i can call and get the $$ credited to my card.
what is up with that? i'm going to call again another day and see what i can do.
