Just wanted to let you all know how much wonderful service I have recieved during our resale purchase! Kristie Wireman at TTS has been so prompt, friendly and informative! And Nancy K at Timeshare Closing Services has bent over backwards to help my contract go through as quick as possible! So if you ever need a recommendation - this is a glowing one for both of them!

Lucky for you. I am glad to hear someone had a easy going.

We passed ROFR on July 17th and were to close on the 5th had our paperwork and the check in the office on August 2nd. Our sellers unfortunately dragged their feet in returning the documents and I had a heck of a time communicating with Damaris at the TCS. Two out of the 4 times I emailed her I got a out of office reply, once for the first week in July it was July 29th and then the other for the following week in August. She always referred to me as Mr. in all correspondence. Just a personal peeve. I called the offices on Tuesday 8/17 and was told that the file would not be sent to Disney until Thursday or Friday, call back next week. I call today and actually got to talk to Damaris and she says everything was sent to Disney on Tuesday. UUGGHHH

I am just really anxious to make ressies. We have to use a II trade by April. I guess it would have been nice to have some way to talk to the sellers to get their feet moving. We began to think they were backing out. I guess if I was selling I would want to get my money as quick as the buyer would want to make a ressie.

I guess I will be calling member services every day next week to see if we get the contract.

What a nightmare! Damaris (sp?) was actually the person working on all of my paperwork (her name is on everything) but I never spoke to her! Nancy seemed to do all of my footwork for me - she even called the sellers for me and stressed how badly I wanted to rush everything - while I was holding to see if they would get their papers in quick! If you ever go through them again, call their 877 # and ask for Nancy K - maybe you'll have better luck!

crzy4dals, I had similar experience with Damaris. I sent my money order and since I didn't hear from her for a few days, I emailed her to see if it arrived. She said they did not receive it. I emailed back right away and got a out of office reply! It was a long weekend and took me 2 days to get hold of Nancy and find out that they did receive my money!

I had great luck in working with Brenda. She emailed us with updates, called when paperwork went out, called when the owner signed, etc. Even called when she emailed me paperwork just to be sure I saw it. Sorry to hear about your problems crzy4dals.
