These guys took the time ,to instead of giving us directions on which bus to get on to get to the boardwalk but got the wilderness van and drove us over. I don't remember their names but , THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is magic that still lives!!

That's why we always want to stay at Disney and why we bought DVC. When we meet someone who doesn't have a clue as to the suerior customer service we expect, we tell them they are "not very Disney" it gets them everytime. Glad they gave you such good service. we had reserved a boat at the marina in the GF. Well there wasn't any boats there so the CM put us into his speed boAt and sped us across the 7 seas lagoon to FW so we could rent a baot there. When our time was up another CM sped us back. I like the speedboat ride much better than our reserved pontoon boat.
