Sorry I don't remember her name but I just found this thread. We had started out our day at MK and decided to go to downtown disney for the afternoon. After some horrible bus transfers we were 30 minutes late for our ressie on our last night there. This was during free dining also I must add. I had planned a character dinner for that last night for one last dose of magic and I knew it was out the window. I was on the verge of tears and told my DH to see what they say (knowing how busy everything had been I thought there was no hope). To my surprise she smiled and had us seated within 15 minutes. I still tear up thinking about it. Thanks to whoever you are!
