He made our visit to the Lounge most memorable - then he came over to greet us when he saw us later in Artist Point. I told him I hadn't been able to find the pin he was wearing (stars & stripes mouse ears over USA). He went away, did some investigating, and located it for me in a park - then came back and told me where to go. For service above and beyond - Reuben gets a tip of the mouse ears hat!
