Early morning of Wednesday, March 10, Craig was at the IG ticket windows. He handled all of our GAD redemption and upgrading to APs, purchase of AP for our youngest, and purchase of a TIW card carefully and efficiently. He double checked at each step and when we hit a bump, he quickly straightened everything out. So many transactions, papers, IDs, passports and requests at once, and it could not have gone more smoothly. Got our trip off to a great start, and we were through the gates with plenty of time to get our Soarin FPs.
