We checked in late on Tuesday night the 12th of October. Sandi was there to greet us as if we were her first customer of the day. She was happy, welcoming, informative and really started our trip off to a great start. She gave us all a lei and said Aloha. We felt like she was really happy we were there. Thanks again Sandi!
