Special thanks to this trio of awesome Canadians for making our 5th anniversary dinner so wonderful! Steph was a great server - very attentive, very friendly - we just loved her. Chef Michael expertly handled my anniversary cake request over the phone in the weeks prior to our trip and it turned out perfect! It was a recreation of our wedding cake which had basketweave icing. It was delicious and we ate it for breakfast every morning for the rest of the trip. Chef Albert came out to the table to discuss my nut and eggplant allergy and was super helpful and friendly. The efforts of these three cast members combined to give us the perfect anniversary dinner celebration.
