Yep, I am going to take lots of pictures and we are going to take video of it too! And I am sending the video to Barry, he is working on the 2004 DIS Meets DVD! I hope I get to meet you at the next DIS Meet, maybe at the State fair!

I remember the first time I noticed Maddy's smiling face was in a thread I started about how everyone's tags gave me warm fuzzies, and you posted about how, even though you didn't have any TF tags then, you still enjoyed them. I'm so glad you finally got tagged!!



(Although, I do have to wonder what I've missed while bogged down with work and unable to browse the thread concerning the "panties". )

Essentially what happened was one day I was doing laundry, and I was throwing in some of my bf's clothes, too. Maddy came over and asked if she could help, and I said sure. She started to throw the dirty clothes into the washer, then picked up a pair of my bf's boxers. They had rubber chickens on them. Then she saw another pair, which had sharks on them. Her eyes got REALLY BIG and she said, "OHHH!! MOMMY! PAUL HAS CHICKEN AND SHARK PANTIES!" Then she yelled into the other room, "PAUL! WHY YOU NOT WEAR YOUR CHICKEN AND SHARK PANTIES?!" to which he screamed back, "THEY'RE NOT PANTIES! THEY'RE BOXERS!!"

Maddy still calls them panties. LOL!!

He he he .... that's even funnier than the story I had come up with to explain it to myself!!!


And that, my friends, is why I have to be veeeeery careful about reading the Dis at work. Seriously, if I came across things like that while supposedly getting "important" (as if anything is more important than the Dis? ) things done, I'd be done for the day and people would wonder what was so gosh darn knee slappin' funny about budgets and quality assurance.


(By the way, NOTHING is funny about budgets and quality assurance. Nothing at all.)

LOL! I think my favorite part of that story is remembering Maddy yelling "why you not wear...". It sounded really funny coming from her.

I have so many funny Maddy/Paul/exMIL stories....man. I should write a book. Or just write short stories for here.

Come to think of it, I never did finish my Vegas story. OOPS!!
