Thank you to whomever suggested Ebay for a new tuxedo for my DS. It arrived yesterday and we are so happy we did this.
I am so glad we took the time to take his measurements pretty precisely and then ordered the next size up. It hardly needs any altering at all (maybe shortening the sleeves about an inch)!! The quality isn't top-notch, but who can tell? It isn't as if it is a rental that needs to hold up for 50 wearings or something like that. And, since it cost about $70 with shipping compared to about $110 for rental (plus hassle of going for fitting, picking it up and returning it), I am THRILLED!!
