I made the 'Crispy Onion Chicken Breast Tenders' recipe from EatChicken.Com for supper last night. It was quick, easy, and everybody loved it. I'm going to keep checking that site for more recipes....

even dear hubby didn't complain about the no meat platter.....ROFL....tonight I am doing the roast (deer) with the three packages of dry mix......it smells awesome......can hardly wait for supper

Roast Deer? Which part of the deer are you roasting?

My cousin will sometimes give my mother some venison -- but I have yet to ask him for any. Bet a roast would be good though.
