I have always used milk in making scrambled eggs, but at the suggestion of some others I used water instead.

They came out nice and fluffy!

I used to use milk also, then changed to water after a ""gasp"" Martha Stewart suggestion!! :earseek: :earseek:

She gives me the creeps but she taught me how to make "one MEAN egg"... ;)
 
Hmmm....I've always used milk. I'll have to try water. My oldest DS LOVES scrambled eggs. :teeth:
 
I never liked scrambled eggs until I tasted DH's. He says the secret is to stir them constantly.
 

If you like creamy eggs try mixing in a little bit of whipped cream cheese (easier to mix, can just use regular). It can be kind of chunky going in but melts as they scramble. This is my husband's secret (I guess not so secret anymore!)
 
This is really bad for you, but someone suggested mayo to me once, and it really adds flavor!
 
Now I'm craving scrambled eggs...

It just might be breakfast for dinner tonight!!
