Hi! Glad you liked the picture of Boca Chica's room. Both are great buildings, it would depend which theme you like better. Boca Chica does have some obstructed views, so you'd have to make sure to ask for an unobstructed view of the Magic Kingdom. Big Pine Key's majority of lagoon view rooms do not face the Magic Kingdom, they have a view of the Polynesian (still a very nice view, just be sure to request your preference).

Forgot to meantion my opinion! I love blue, so I really like the Alice theme in Big Pine Key! But, many people love the way Boca Chica's rooms are decorated (they are VERY nice!).

Again, thanks for the quick response!! My DH loves blue, and since he's never been in a Deluxe at Disney, this is going to blow him away!! You were right, I DID hit "new thread"...my bad

That Alice theme (the blue) is in Big Pine Key AND Conch Key, so you have 2 buildings that have those colors! Both have great MK views, too.
