We just returned from a conference in Orlando at Royal Pacific Resort at Universal. (Great resort, wish it had been at Disney instead of US.) Anyway, we flew down and after reading the DIS boards I decided to go with Florida Tours for a Town car service. They did a great job, I reserved online and requested the free 30 minute grocery stop. I called a day in advance of arriving to pay by credit card. They were at the airport when we got there, very courteous, clean car. Took us to our grocery stop without us having to remind them, then on to our resort. On the return trip, they were waiting for us at the hotel when we came out 5 mintues before our scheduled pick up time and another smooth ride to the airport. I tend to get a little stressed with airport travel, and FL Tours great service and reliability really helped me be able to just enjoy the trip. Thanks FL Tours.

Did Florida Tours call you the day before to confirm your return trip to the airport?

We have used Florida Tours the last 3 times we have been to WDW and the service wonderful . The drivers were on time (round trips), very friendly, helpful and most of all courteous. We will be using them soon again .

Good to know! We're using them for our trip in November. We've made one change to the reservation so far and they were really great!!
