Well, we're back from our trip to SoCal, and we totally floored my brother and family with the trip to DLR and the Grand Californian!!
Thanks so much for all the great advice.
We ended up getting them an upgrade to Concierge, and the breakfast in the lounge alone was worth it!! We all go through a lot of water, so the small bottles were great! We refill them in the parks- and it helped keep the kids cool....
The hors' dourves (sp) in the evening were fantastic the first night- we were getting ready to do the Fantasmic Dessert thing on the balcony that night, and the snack was enough to keep everyone happy! Even the PBJ was great! Pineapple Apricot jam with some, and Strawberry for others- they positively flew off of the serving platter when they came out of the prep area....
We did see some piggy people taking large trays to their rooms (like they were never going to see food again)
......
We tried to be good, but when those shrimp puffs came out...
