I posted last week about my dad and finding cancer during a routine colonoscopy. He had a ct scan done yesterday. The waiting was horrible for him and he thought he could not learn anything more before Monday during his appt with the surgeon. He called the dr today that did the original procedure and begged for info. The dr told him that the cancer was minor (as if that is possible) and that simple surgery should correct it all. No chemo and no radiation should be needed! He still has to meet with the onocologist, but everything should be fine
. We have reservations for the day after Christmas for a week in Ft Wilderness and he was afraid he would have to cancel, as would I because I only have 1 daddy, but Disney is forever! So, with all that said, thank each and everyone of you that send prayers and pixie dust to our family. I am hoping to have everyone around for many years!! Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
PS: This is the reason we have to endure such horrible procedures such as colonoscopies. It was a small price to pay for a lifetime of more memories
