I called the Magical Gatherings number tonight because I needed help with a PS. My group is attending MVMCP on Dec 5. I already had a PS for 10 at LTT, but now my brother could make it and we needed to make it for 11.
I called Dining originally and was told no availability. This nice CM from Magical Gatherings spent her time with me and got me two tables within 5 minutes of each other at the time I requested.
I felt she went above and beyond for me and truly exhibited what I would call Disney quality service.
