Thanks at CRT; to Jose from Lib. Sq.

We had dinner at CRT on May 18 and my 11 month old either drank too much pool water or didn't like the food-- lol--- because after dinner he throw up on himself and the highchair and floor. I couldn't believe it and freaked a little at first, then remembered I had a change of clothes for him and wanted to clean it up without making a seen. We had a very rude waitress who when I asked for a towel said NO- then I pointed out the floor and highchair and she said she would see if she could get something (I already felt bad enough and her attitude was uncalled for the whole night-- but that's not the point of the story). They sent a VERY NICE, helpful man to help clean it up (I guess he was from maintence or something), His name was JOSE. He was very friendly and talked to my son to make him smile and joked with him and us. We tried to give him a tip but he refused it. After he was done he came back a few minutes later and asked our name so he could write out a card for a free ice cream for my son for when he felt better. He was truely the nicest person we ran into the whole week, and we met a lot of nice CMs. I would like to write Disney and tell them what an asset he is to their team but I haven't found an address yet.
