I just felt the need to thank everyone on this board for their help with my planning our first trip to Universal the end of May/beginning of June! It's so refreshing to have positive answers! I'm so done with the "Disney" side of these boards right now. I understand people not liking change, but it wears me down.

I'm looking forward to seeing what I've been missing! Honestly, since we only go to WDW every couple of years I think our trips there may be dwindling since my DS is 14 (15 in September) and LOVES thrill rides. I'll be sure to report back and let everyone know how the cookies tasted

Us too- last two trips only spent 2 nights at WDW and only one park day there. Rest of trip at the Darkside. My DS prefers US, but I still love WDW and the Disney magic, so we just venture to MK for a day.

What I really love at WDW are the fantastic resorts- AKL and BC with SAB...
It's just so expensive to do a split stay between US and WDW. And nothing beats express pass!

And it is nice here on the UO site- not many snarky comments, everyone is friendly and wants to help others have the best trips possible, lots of good info with friendly helpful peeps.
