We just got back from 6 days at DL & CA. It was an awesome trip and made so much easier by all of your help! We got a DAS on our first day, then a stroller-as-a-wheelchair tag on the 2nd which was nice so my son could stay in the stroller in some of the lines. We found it confusing at first to figure out how to get into the alternate entrance to each of the rides since they are all so different. CMs were really nice, but many seemed confused by the DAS gadget they use (to scan the tickets for return times). Often we were told to just go ahead and go in since they couldn't make it work or get a signal so verify our return times.
My son, 4, who has a lot of sensory issues and is a little behind cognitively, got lost once after the Mickey & the Magical Map Show. He must have bolted as soon as the show ended when we were getting the other two kids up. He was lost for almost 15 minutes and a CM finally found him down around the corner on the way to Toontown. I swear time stopped. Anyway, awesome CMs who helped us, and the trip was great.
If you have any questions about the DAS, Stroller tag, etc from our trip I'm happy to answer! You guys were a great help to us!
