We got word last night that our final contract, for 270 OKW points, was closed yesterday. We previously closed on one 50 point and two 25 point OKW contracts. We put our points up for sale in late January right after we heard of the coming 3/20 changes. We have been very happy with both The Timeshare Store and Magic Vacation Title through out this entire process.

I have been reading posts about the problems that have come up with contracts put up for sale and later shown to be incorrect as to the number of points actually available. I don't believe that this would ever be an issue with TSS and ***. I know they checked with Disney during every step to be sure that what they were posting was correct.

Both TSS and *** were in contact with us every step of the way for all four contracts. Documents were emailed quickly and all questions we had were answered promptly.

We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell points on the resale market.

I also have had a very positive experience selling a DVC contract via TTS. I primarily worked with Jason, but also spoke with others during the process.

I will also add, the closing company they used - Magic Vacation Title Services - also provided excellent service.

I will add that I did NOT use TTS, but had spoken to them. I used another broker simply b/c we wanted a specific contract with a specific UY at a specific resort. So, the contract dictated the broker. When the broker from TTS followed up with me to see if he could be of further assistance, I relayed to him that we had found the specific contract we wanted elsewhere, and thanked him for his attention to our needs. I would think many brokers would not reply; however, this broker replied with a hearty congratulations on finding what we wanted, and wishing us all the best with our purchase.
I was really impressed. It's smart business, and TTS has really established themselves here as being a first class operation. I know now that I will either use or refer any business that comes along to them.

TSS just does it right...... every time!

Everyone that I dealt with at TSS during my first purchase was very professional and showed an interest in making us comfortable with the purchase process.

And I love Nancy over at ***. She is the best.

I just completed a small purchase through Fidelity because they had the contract that I wanted. While every thing went smooth, it just wasn't the same as what we experienced through Jerry and TSS.

Total time from requesting our contract to points in our account was 52 days. Brenda at *** was tremendous in handling the closing. Jason, Jerry and the rest of the TTS staff kept us and the sellers on track so everything went as planned. Even Disney did there part. In my conversation with members administration even they commented on how easy it is for them administering contracts from TTS and *** because all the needed paperwork is done correctly.

I used The Timeshare Store (and Magic Vacation Title) to sell my AKV points, and they handled it all professionally without any problems.

I have to give them props, too. I ended up making my first purchase direct with Disney, but just sent my contracts and cashier's check to Magic title for an additional 60 points that from TTS.

I think the most impressive thing to me was the fact that the people who worked there put their entire emphasis on what was good for me. I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything. They educated me much more than the Disney people did and weren't as pushy.

I plan on buying 100 points in Aulani when my UY becomes available in the resale market. I would be totally comfortable buying through TTS - I can't say the same for anywhere else.
