Thank you to all you Solo DIS Veterans

I want to say a special thank you to all you solo DIS veterans. After reading your posts last fall, I booked my first ever Solo Disney trip in December 2009. It was AMAZING. I had a blast. It was so awesome, that in addition to the trips I am taking in 2010 with friends and family. I have booked another solo trip in March!

Selfishly, it was so nice to be able to do what I wanted, when I wanted and not have to worrry about what anyone else preferred to do.

I will be there in May too. My best friend turns 40 and her husband is in Afghanistan so he is sending her with me to Disney. It is a short trip May 13-17.

When were you there in December? I was there Nov. 27-Dec. 3 at POP. Good to hear you had a great time! I'll be coming back June 1-7.

I was at the Dolphin Dec 13-17th. I am truly addicted and have 3 trips planned this year. A solo trip in 2 weeks, a trip with my friend in May and I am taking my mom and dad the week after Thanksgiving. Since you went during that time last year, how were the crowds.

Disney got all my money this year

I'm so glad you enjoyed it. DH and I go to WDW once a year, and just I go to WDW one other time a year. He knows I NEED my solo trip and fully supports my need. Matter of fact, my first ever solo trip was a "Mom's weekend" trip for Mother's Day in 1995, a surprise gift from my family. Enjoy your trip next month-mine isn't until late April.

Yes, it looks to be Mid-May, the weekend of the 15th. Right when PamelaKay will be there with her friend!
