I've been a member of DVC with my Family since 1995.
My wife and I decided to buy our own re-sale. I made an offer of 69.00 for 100 points at SSR on Thursday Feb 18 and it was accepted.
Here we are barely over 5 weeks after and I just made our first Reservation!!
- 3 nights Standard studio Animal Kingdom for October 10-13.
Our resale experience was FLAWLESS!!!! The Timeshare store was great but who really impressed me was Brenda Smith at Magic Vacation Title. She always answered my emails promptly and was very pleasant on the phone.
We were lucky enough to receive our closing documents by email the day before we left for 5 nights at OKW March 12. I was able to get to the bank and have the draft made up and Brenda met with us in person so we didnt have to mail anything.
Anyway we havent even received our snail mail documents yet, but today I got an email from DVC to set up my online account. I called and just using my name and personal info MS was able to find our account and I even booked a trip. I registered online and can see everything now.
Just wanted to tell everyone how great it was dealing with Brenda.
