DW and I just bought @ AKV on Friday 2/29.

To all on these boards...thanks so much for any and all info we have used to research DVC over the last few weeks. We felt like we knew what additional questions to ask our guide, where to find some answers beforehand, and what many of the ins and outs of buying in.
