Thank You Southwest Airlines!!

Decided to add a day onto our trip in February and was able to change my flights without getting the change fee, unlike every other major carrier out there (and don't bore me with your "if you have such and such's credit card they don't ding you either"). Also, I noticed that if I tried to change the flight using my prior reservation the cost of the flight was higher than if I had a new flight. One quick call to Southwest Reservations and the happy agent walked me though cancelling the return segment of our flight and adding the new return date without charging me to talk to an agent. Worked out perfect. Thanks Southwest, I really appreciate it.
