I did a search on this board for tips about my fear of flying since we leave this Friday for WDW. I saw the link for fearofflyinghelp.com in one of your posts and went and took the free course. It has done wonders for me! I feel so much better about flying now, I can't believe how much more confident I am about getting on an airplane.

If anyone has a fear of flying I highly recommend this free course, it was really great.

Just another thumbs up for the site mentioned here.

I used it about a year-and-a-half ago and, while I still don't "like" flying, I can actually do it now (even without my Xanax - which wasn't even a possibility before)!

Take advantage of the free portions of the site. Very helpful and educational.
