The Roasted Macadamia nuts provided by MG, Donna were used by Chef Sue to make a Macadamia Nut Biscotti. She did not do it traditional biscotti fashion, which dries out the bread so bad it has to be immersed in coffee.
This was slightly moist and a joy to eat.
