Thanks to everyone who reported any questionable posts. The moderators can't just sit at their computers and watch the boards all day. We count on all of you to report any questionable posts. It is very helpful.

If the poster is on dialup it doesn't do any good to block the IP address since each time they connect to their ISP they will receive a different IP address.

Not necessarily, I think it depends on how your provider works. I have a dial-up and my IP (on some boards that I have admin access to) shows up as the same 99% of the time...major ISPs seem to have more "floating" IP numbers than those of us on small local providers.
