I know they have been getting a bad rep around here, but I do think they are trying.

I had not recieved credit for a couple of sign ups and when I e-mailed them, they were prompt in thier reply.

I sent them my registration confirmation e-mails and 2 days later have the points in my account.

I loved seeing that balance jump by almost 300 points today!

Now let's just hope they get quicker on the cashing out end of things.

I'm still waiting for 2 gift certificates from November 22 and 1 from December 19. Wonder if I'll ever see them.

Their website claims that redemptions will be delivered withing 4-8 weeks. Under account history is shows, when you claimed the GC. At 8 weeks, I would start e-mailing them every week.

At 12 weeks, I would start e-mailing them every day.

I did this with Funnymoney once, and it was very effective.

Hang in there.....I finally received one from November, and one from December....still waiting for one more from Feb., which the email they sent said it should get here end of June, beginning of July.
