We will be in the parks for a long weekend this fall and I'd like to bring a gift back for our dog/cat sitters. It's a family with high school and college aged kids who aren't Disney parks people and aren't likely to visit. So, I don't really want anything Disney themed like Mickey ears but it would be nice to get them something uniquely to Disney. The one idea I have is churro toffee.....any other suggestions? Where to find it in the parks would be helpful as well. Thanks!

I bring back rice krispie treats, cake pops, caramel apples. Theres also lots of things like pens, notebooks, pencil cases, key ring charms. Then theres Disney homewares, tea towels, and all sorts of practical useful things.

If you have a TJ Maxx, Marshalls near you, they sell Joffrey's Disney coffees. Our stores currently have fall blends as well as a Tiana themed coffee.

Are they interested in Star Wars or Marvel? If so, there are SW related items in DTD (Star Wars Trading Post and World of Disney), Tomorrowland and SWGE. Marvel items are in World of Disney as well as in Avenger's Campus.

Are they not interested in Disney or are they anti-Disney in that they wouldn't want anything with Disney on it? In New Orleans Square, they have stores with non Disney items. Eudora's Chic Boutique, Cristal d'Orleans, Mascqarade d'Orleans and the Parfumerie all have items that don't have anything Disney on them.

I'm always looking for a little treat to bring back to my family that watches my dog. We were in DTD last month and picked up the best packaged Disney treat that we've ever had! Chocolate Dipped Coconut Patties. They are individually wrapped and Mickey-shaped. We picked them up at the Home store (we weren't in the parks, just visited DTD) and they were only $10.99!! An absolute value when it comes to Disney treats because Churro Toffee, while delicious, is up to what $7 or $8 now? I guess the one caveat is the person you are buying for would have to like coconut.

Anyways, we totally loved these treats and will get them again! Here's a pic:

I'd also suggest a Mickey bread loaf from DCA. You have to get them kind of early though, sometimes they are out of them at the end of the night.

I bring a lot of people back churro toffee (they send a list!)

And mugs, tumblers if they’re coffee/tea drinkers
I've brought back Starbucks Disneyland metal tumblers for people and they're a huge hit, but pricier. I think they're $20 or something. I have 2 (they have a silver background with lots of ride designs etc and say both Disneyland and Starbucks, but it's pretty low-key. The older one has purplish accents and the newer one has pink accents. Not sure if they have any new ones out.

I also like to give boxes of Walker's shortbread, which at DLR have Mickey faces on them. They aren't too expensive and are easy to pack.

Otherwise, I like the suggestions above for treats that aren't specifically Disney designs. Churro toffee is one of my favorites, too.

We always get treats for the people who watch our cats. I get the Mickey lollipops or the shortbread cookies. Last time we gave them some pretzel lightsabers from the Star Wars stand at GCH. I just look for things that are not likely to break on the way home. The churro toffee is a great idea! I also love the little packages of Mickey shaped goldfish type crackers. I don't know why they're so much better than Goldfish.

Follow up question regarding the churro toffee. Can you find it prepackaged? And if so, where? Thank you

I found it at Pooh's corner. They put in a little bag for me. I didn't see any prepackaged, but I also wasn't looking for that.
