Still missing Bawb...

I knew the anniversary was coming up but I didn't realize it was today until just now. I shed quite a few tears last year and I'm not the type to do so. I think of him EVERY day and am saddened that I'll never get to meet him. Of all the podcast members, he seemed the most approachable. (I'm a shy soul.) Thanks for posting, Diana. Hoping to meet you on the cruise.

Though I never met Bob, his passing made me feel as though I had lost a favorite uncle. Without ever intending to he inspired me to live my life paying attention to the things I love to do and do them with the people that I love.

Thanks for the well wishes & caring thoughts. It's hard to believe it's been a year since Bob passed away. His presence is frequently felt by Brian & I.
He was my best friend. We had a lot of fun together & every day was an adventure. He was funny, witty, & caring- always knew what to say if I was sad or angry.
He was a great Dad to our son Brian as well as my 2-Matt & Erin- form my first marriage. He raised them with me from the time they were 7 & 3.
He is missed, but we are all doing ok.

So great to hear from you. I can't imagine the loss of your best friend and husband, our thoughts and prayers continue to be with you and your family. It is amazing how he has lived on and been honored through these boards though, a living legacy!

I am still so sorry for loss of Bob, but I think Bob would be so honored to know that all his friends and podcast listeners remember him each and every week they hear the intro to the podcast, listen to the CREWs many sound bites, and all everyone did for GKTW fundraiser! He will always be a part of the DIS and the Disney legacy in the Disney community
