Just thought I'd throw out a positive comment regarding FedEx.

I had to overnight DH's passport since he forgot it. FedEx offers guaranteed by 8am, but unfortunately it wasn't available for where DH. They could only do a guaranteed by 10am.

But she said she would mark all over it that it was urgent to see if they could deliver it any sooner.

He got it by 8:30am this morning. Yeah!!!!

All is good and DH starts his new job today with all of his proper documentation.

Twice recently with orders using FedEx basic service, with delivery within "x" number of days, I've tracked delivery where it will come across the country, arrive in Atlanta, and sit in their processing center for 3 days, until it's the finally the guaranteed delivery date! Aargh!
