Just wanted to thank Eli at DVC member satisfaction for helping me out. The short story is that we reserved a GV last year and used current UY, borrowed, banked, and transferred points. The order that MS ended up using for the points turned out to be the worst possible way for us. I didn't think that it was done correctly but I really wasn't sure.
So, I emailed dvcmembersatisfactionteam asking them just to take a look at the reservation history. They responded to me in two days stating that they reviewed the entire reservation and process, and that indeed they did it incorrectly. They could not have been nicer, more understanding and professional. They made some adjustments to make it right and I am thrilled. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

I am not happy just because of the adjustment. I'm just as happy at the reponse time and genuine concern for my inquiry. I gave them an "out" when I stated in the correspondence that I wasn't sure but very well could be wrong. They didn't take the "out". They reviewed the situation and took ownership on the results of their investigation. Once again, THANK YOU ELI!!!
