I could kick myself for not remembering her name, but I have to give a shout out to the CM who was on the phone with me this morning helping with the dining plan. I paid off the plan with 22 individual gift cards and she patiently and cheerfully worked through each 16 digit number until they were all entered. Thank you for being so kind about what must have been an unusual call!!
