We followed the instructions exactly and even then I think we were just lucky to get a PS. You really do need to start calling at 6:58:30 Eastern, even then it still involves a great deal of luck.
Let me suggest that you get PS for the Epcot princess breakfast first since those can be PS'd 120 day out, then try for Cindy's. If you wait til Cindy's doesn't work you will discover that the other is already sold out too.
Finally, Please be kind to the CROs answering the PS line. They do not control the phone queue system and are only there to help us all enjoy the magic. Just because you have spent the entire week getting up at 3:52 am don't take your disappointment out on the CROs.
