Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the helpful information. We just came back from an amazing trip (August 1 through 4). We got to ride RSR as a family, we got on all the rides that we wanted to do, we saw Fantasmic from seats at the River Belle Terrace, we got to see WOC, we had a view at the fireworks from our hotel room, we had orchestra seats in the fourth row for Aladdin (I sat on the right side and got to pet one of the camels!), and--best of all--I got to be the rebel spy on Star Tours!


This trip was a dream come true, and you guys were totally instrumental in making it possible.

We sat down at RBT around 7:20pm on Thursday (August 2) and had a very leisurely dinner. There were quite a few people just sitting there holding tables, but I would have felt bad blocking a table and not eating, and the food was decent (I had the steak salad, the kids had the kids' meals, one of them the beef sandwich, the other the turkey sandwich; for dessert we shared a piece of raspberry cheesecake). We almost got a seat all the way up front, but somebody sat down literally a minute before we got to that table. We ended up at the back of the terrace, right by the restaurant building, but the view was great (and this way I didn't worry about our little ones climbing their seats in excitement). CMs came around before the show and reminded everybody to stay seated and not mess with the (folded up) umbrellas. Last year we saw Fantasmic from way back (we were originally planning to head back to the hotel and ended up staying, a spontaneous last minute decision), and, compared with that, I loved, loved, loved the view. There were so many details I hadn't seen the first time around.
