I have been out of the loop for a while but am starting my disney planing for next august(2012). Can I still take advantage of this offer? If so how to I go out booking it?

Disney had a FD deal for just Canada for Aug-Sep2012. On the web site it would let you book it if you didn't leave in Canada. Disney is honoring it but not allowing people outside of canada to book it now. Hope that maes sense
