Great customer service today
DS/DIL in MCO managed to mess up their on-line check in royally
; sent me an SOS.
Reward Dept was happy to straighten it out, change the seats etc.; happy ending for their honeymoon trip - yeah!
While AT may change the schedules repeatedly, i have to commend the customer service dept, as a-ok in my book.
Now if they'd only bring back more than 1 NS out of MCO/day, I'd give them all my business
