Thank goodness for DVC

I love calling MS and making my ressie and not having to call back 20 times for a cheaper price, etc. Well, I got a good taste of what I have been missing. We are going home to OKW in September. We wanted to do 2 nights at AKL before OKW. I booked two conceige rooms through CRO (one for us, one for my mom). I called back a couple weeks ago to check something and found out my mom's ressie had been canceled! I had the confirmation but the CM insisted it had been canceled. Oh well, mistakes happen. I rebook but never receive a new confirmation. I call back, no ressie! To make a long story short, I have made 5 long distance phone calls to get a ressie for my mom. I think it is straightened out this time but it made me really appreciate calling MS toll free and booking what I want without any problems. Just another great thing about DVC.
