TGV train time

This may have been asked before but we land about 9 and was going to book the TGV train for 10:30. Do you think this gives us enough time?
Also, if we got our luggage quicker than we thought, would we be able to change our tickets for an earlier one or even just get on the train when it arrives without changing the tickets or are we not allowed to. Will we just have to wait for our train?

I usually try to get a TGV which departs about one hour after my plane is due to land, this has always worked well for me, so 10.30 for a 9am landing sounds fine to me.

Technically speaking, you should use the ticket you have booked for the train you have booked. For a small fee though, you can book a more flexible ticket which allows you to change your train ticket at the station - that might be worth looking into.
