Well I'm back from the ortho and I am donning LIME green bands! Holy cow these suckers are bright! You should be able to spot me a mile away!

This morning I woke up with a very sore throat and some congestion, as did Evan. Thought it was because we slept with the A/C on, but it's 5pm and we're both sounding pretty yucky! Hope we get over this quickly and don't pass it to the others!

In other vacation news ... I am completely packed (except things I will use daily - make-up, flat iron, etc.) and I did it in 3 ... yes, count them 3 suitcases! And everything that I was going to ship down in a box fits perfectly in Andy's suitcase, so no dealing with that! Go me!

Now I can just worry about my other "To Do" list.

Hair cut for Evan - Friday
School shopping for Maddie - this weekend
Confirm limo - next Monday
Manicure and Pedicure - next Tuesday
Set up bill-pay - next Monday
Get hair colored - this weekend

Mel, you're in-laws win the prize...and that's not good. I will try to get to Liberty Square to meet you, but I've got my sister and her family arriving that morning for the rest of the week and I might have to be hunting them down by that point.

Lists....Is it bad that I don't even have a list yet, let alone having started to pack?

We still haven't gotten our certificate from Marriott for the free night in Jax, so I STILL don't know if we're leaving Wednesday or Thursday. UGH!

I have had the mail and paper held, and made my packing list (a whole week away from leaving!!!)

I need some help, though - I am heading for Target today, anyway, so I should get my park touring supplies. My dear friend Dr. Belle sent me a Bagallini last year, fully stocked, so I didn't have to think about it. What do you carry to the parks? I know about Band-aids and sunscreen, but after that? I'm just afraid of forgetting something big.

I also tear apart my Passporter (thank goodness I'm not the only one) and tuck the daily pocket in my bag each morning, but... Camera, water, wet wipes... What else? Oh, I carried the autograph books last year, and pens.

I LOVED my baggalini last year (except its not lime green - more of a shot of Jim carrying it sometimes if was black )

Any way I carry as you said sunscreen and baind aids. I also carry a small thing of neosporin (in case the bandaids need to be used), advil, tums, wipes/purell hand cleaning stuff, small snacks (granola bars, fruit snacks). That's all I can think of for now

I don't buy the purell brand, I'm cheap that way. Target has it's own brand in the travel section that's twice as big for half the price of Purell.

I had Neosporin and tums last year, and probably sanitizer. And probably snacks. Thanks!

Tylenol for the kids and Advil for me also went last year, and hair bands for me. Probably I should get ponchos, huh? We had not even one drop of rain in May, but that won't happen in August. I'll be afraid to hug you with my food breath if you carry all that!

OK so with 13 hours before I leave I'm packed near enough David still needs to give me a few more shirts, he gave me 4, yeah I'm doing laundry but not that quickly I got everything into 3 suitcases, 2 medium and 1 small, I've also got a small case and big holdall packed to fill for the way home
