I'd say FockerFest 2009 is looking like a done-deal! I'm in for sure - and I'm Leo-less that weekend.

Yippee!!! So the weekend before Columbus day is when you're free of parental duties??

I don't want to give away too much, since I've got a TR to update with this info., but this past weekend may have forever (or at least until next summer, whichever comes first) altered my WDW vacation schemes.

Would it be better, since I'm only giving it a half day, to make it a morning/rope drop and flop it with the MK day that I'm leaving? Our flight's not until something like 7:00, so we shouldn't have to show for ME until 4:00 or so, right? Or is it 3:00? Either way, plenty of time. But that means that the one and only DHS day is the last day we're there.

I'm doing the same thing, CE. There just aren't enough attractions for an all day tour there for us, so we're doing rope drop and leaving after a late lunch.

Um exsqueeze me, who forgot her ziploc bags!!!!!

I didn't really forget them... I just hadn't listed them on my "To-Do" list yet.

oh, that flat dawn looks soo cool. but i can't tell from the picture, how big is it? i need to make one, but not sure what size to make it!! and also, anyone out there interested in taking me. flat rachel doesn't weigh much and she's pretty quiet, but she can be a riot at times!!!

I don't want to give away too much, since I've got a TR to update with this info., but this past weekend may have forever (or at least until next summer, whichever comes first) altered my WDW vacation schemes.

Based on some revelations uncovered for me over the past few days, I may - may - change my August plans a bit to include more park time. That's right - MORE park time.



I'm still contemplating, so stay tuned....

I'm assuming that this involves a blow to the head or something? More park time IN AUGUST!?!? Oh this is gonna be good...I've got to hear this...

Rachel - I say you make Flat Rachel the size of a tennis racket with a really long stick. Then T can hold you up high, like she's marching to the Mickey Mouse Club theme...Can't you picture it?? Come on, get those knees up! Ok, well there's no marching band smilie guy...but you guys are picking up what I'm laying down, right??

Dawn made hers on an 8x10 piece of photo paper (at least I think it was photo paper ) Hopefully she won't be offended (LY Dawn ) but I shrunk her down to a 5x7 size so she will fit in my bag better. I cropped her, taped her to a piece of cardboard to make her durable (with a 4 year old you need this ) and JIm is going to liminate her today (after he goes to Wally worl and get me laminating paper/tape.

Columbus Day 2009...If I go (yes I have been figuring it out) I would leave Friday after taking Jimmy to school hopefully a noonish flight which would get me in 2ish. And leave early afternoon on Monday. I am trying to think of the best way to sell this to Jim.

I was thinking of staying with my parents, but then I want to be onsite so that I don't have to worry about anything...especially the tourists driving who don't know where they are going.

My other option is to talk to mom and have her "stay" with me, that way I would get 50% off room rates. My big thng will be ther airfare. That will make or break this idea.
