Texas to WDW in an RV

June 2017 we will be taking our first long distance drive in the TT from Dallas to Orlando. Has anyone made this trip? Where to stop for the night, etc. We want to spend the second night near Orlando so we can get up, get packed and into Fort Wilderness early so we can start of vacation. Any advice would be appreciated.

I can't help you with the drive (I'm in the Atlanta metro area) but you may find an answer if you post your question on the Camping forum...Lot's of folks driving big TTs so can help you with suggestions.

On the Camping board I have seen a state park mentioned that's about 30 miles away recommended.
