Looks like there will be a new one opening in April. A while since the other closed.

We were planning a trip to Manny's in August but I prefer Texas roadhouse so looks like we are changing our plans now.

Yay! I love the Texas Roadhouse. We tried the Santa Fe Cattle Co. restaurant last year expecting it to be similar but it was not even close.

I could never understand it shutting, we always had to wait for a table.
Matt and Karen still want to goto Manny's so we might have to do this as well.

This is near Black Lake on 192 and also there will be Joe's Crab Shack opening around the same time.
Opposite side of the road at Rolling Oaks there is going to be a Ross soon too.

We had a poor meal at Manny's last time, steak was not good and added $10 to the credit card. Manny did offer to refund after an email but it shouldn't have been on. We will probably give it another go.

Have you never eaten at Logans Roadhouse either? They have a tub of peanuts on every table, eat as many as you like and throw the shells on the floor. Kids love to do it (unless they have a peanut alergy)

Santa Fe Cattle Restaurant on HWY 27 do the same thing.

Seeing as we are not on the DDP this year we are looking forward to adding Texas Roadhouse and Logans to our list of must visits, not visited either before so looking forward to them!

It's is on our list of 'to dos' and despite being in FL for 4 weeks last year it is longer than ever!

Funnily enough, we ate at manny's twice last August. The first meal, was just as everybody says-brilliant. The second time, my daughter wasn't pleased with her steak at all. Is this place you mention similar to the reputation to manny's-i'll give it a go in August.

I must admit, it looks very impressive if the starter is anything to go by . I must admit, last August was the first time we'd tried manny's and the first time we thought it was great, but the second meal, the server and the food, left no desire for us to rush back.

I'm the same as Wayne re Manny's. We've tried it a couple of times and not been overly impressed. Last time part of the steak DW had wasn't cooked properly and her potatoes were also cold in the middle!!!
Going by all the people that enjoy it we've probably been unlucky but we wont be rushing back.
